I had a terrible experience at this dealership. It all started off with the salesperson saying that they do t have to honor their online pricing. The salesperson attempted to make an excuse by saying that the company who lists their prices made an error. This was a clear example of being deceitful. The dealer puts lower prices online than any other dealership, thus drawing more customers in. I was able to make a deal which was about $4,000.00 higher than what I wanted, however things turned bad during the financing portion. Although I made and signed for a deal at $58,000, the dealer added another $2,000.00 in taxes without me knowing. They also started saying that my trade in might be $2,000.00 less than they expected. I immediately canceled the deal. At the last minute the dealership was trying to add more money into their pockets. I am completely disappointed with this dealership and will never return.

Car gurus had a price from the dealer onthe we page. I
called the dealer and they said they would sell me the car as
they had it listed and the price as they had it listed. Then
called the next day to put a deposit on it and they said they
cant get me the car for that price. I even spoke to the
general manager and the said he couldn't match his listed
price. I dont get it, the price of the car doesn't change so
how come I count' get it at the listed price you listed.
