"I had been approved for a loan through Springboard Auto. I let them know that prior to coming in. I test drove the car and fell in love with it. Tito took care of me, he was patient, spoke with springboard, and had the car cleaned up before I was finished signing. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to and made my car buying experience wonderful. I highly recommend them."

"I am absolutely shocked at how rude, unprofessional, and manipulative some of the people at this dealership are. It's people like this that contribute to car dealers and salesmen having horrible reputations. Six days ago I contacted the Mike Haggerty dealership about a specific used car on their lot that I've been looking for for a few months. I know cars well (I'm an ASE Master Mechanic), and had cash in hand to buy the car outright. I called to ask a few questions about the car but the salesman I dealt with (Lavonse) just told me how the phone is ringing off the hook and everyone is trying to buy it, and he kept weaseling out of answering any specific questions about the condition of the car by saying it was "beautiful", "perfect", and "I'm going to love it". I was slightly annoyed by getting "smooth-talk" instead of tangible answers, but I wanted the car so I went to the bank to draw a certified check for the dollar amount quoted to me by Lavonse, told them I would be there the next morning, and took the following day off work to go get the car (their dealership is 3 hours away from where I live). Here's where things get absurd... Later that same day Lavonse called to say he just wanted to make "extra sure" the car was ready to go for me the following morning so he went out to give it "another look". Then he told me the drivers door wouldn't open so they ordered a new handle for it. But, the handle has to be painted to match the body so it wouldn't be installed or painted when I got there, and the drivers door won't work. I told him I'd call back after deciding if I'm still going to come down after getting this news. I checked with 2 reputable body shops in my area and the cheapest quote to paint and install the handle was $120. I called back and said I'd still come down and buy the car if he'd take $120 off the price,,, and he acted offended, he told me he didn't need to "haggle" with me because lots of other people were constantly calling to buy the car, AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I couldn't believe it!!! I called the dealership back about 20 minutes later, told them what happened, and asked to speak to a salesmen with a higher level of professionalism. A short time later I was called back by the general manager, Bill. I explained what happened, said I only asked to be compensated $120 to cover the expense of repairing the broken door handle, and hope we could still salvage the deal as I still wanted the car. His first response was to tell me there was a mix-up with the price of the car, that they were going to raise it $2,000 (which they did, I have saved images from their website from before and after this conversation showing the price going up), he told me his salesman's opinion of the car's condition might differ from other peoples opinion (what the heck does that mean???), that the processing fee's the salesman quoted might not be accurate (but he would not tell me what the exact "processing fee's" actually would be) and that if I showed up the next morning I couldn't ask for "ANYTHING". He told me "if there's keys missing, if there's over-spray all over it, if it doesn't run or drive properly, if you don't like anything,,,, ANYTHING!!!,,, don't ask for a dollar because you ain't getting anything". I was so disgusted by all the degrading interactions with the people of Mike Haggerty Buick GMC (most notably the general manager) that I called everything off and did not go down the next morning to buy the car -even though I really wanted it, had arranged for my wife and 3-year old daughter to make the trip with me to get it, and had already pulled the certified funds to purchase it. I sent an e-mail explaining why I wasn't showing up the next morning and the response was pathetic and obviously insincere. These salesmen are so horrible that they actually "unsold" a car. It's now 6 days later and that car is still on their lot according to their own website. Do yourself a favor and avoid these scoundrels. Review left Nov, 2017. "

"Great salelady, and her boss seemed cool, the lost the deal due to the finance guy. When a guy says sign and if you don't like the rate just go home and refiance it... well then you can keep the vehicle. "

"This dealer also is showing a truck for 32,000, but when I was there they told me that the price was 48,000, but it has a great discount of 4,000 dollars, so the final price was 44,000. It was ridiculous."
