Dealer told us on multiple occasions car available . When called to make appointment felt like we were being stalled and ultimately told car not available.

I went there with an appointment, the person that I was supposed to see wasn’t there or with a customer, I was given the key and took a test drive by myself, then I was rushed out telling me that they would call me that night after the rush was over, never got a call, the next day they called because I wrote a review and again no phone call back , I understand they’re busy . I was ready to buy the car or at least try to negotiate a bit or get information about the car

The sales representative was extremely responsive, helpful and honest about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I recommend him and his dealership highly without reservation.

Horrible communication. First sales person called and left VM, after that I called 20 times with only VM from there. Spoke to completely separate sales person who also was nearly non existent. One of the worst dealerships I ever dealt with.

The best, especially working with Diana Sokolova. Highly recommend her!
