When you turn the key, current goes to the starter solenoid which initiates the Bendix and the starter motor. If when turning the key, electrical power goes out including all the dash lights, you're creating a large drain that steals juice from the whole car. That's a dead solenoid on the starter, If you also hear the starter motor spin, it's a damaged Bendix drive that won't move.

Is there any customization on that engine ? Is that a fart can intake ? Make sure the batt terminals are tight .

If you get nothing then there is a major voltage drop, check the battery terminals and cable ends, they need to be shiny clean, none of that black corrosion
