99 911 brake lights are out how much to repair

It may cost nothing. Check the brake pedal switch mounted on the frame next to the pedal arm under the dash. You may just have to adjust it so it just contacts the pedal arm with your foot off the brake. That's probably the first thing to check.

It may also be the obvious. Check the bulb.
