have a 1995 escortlx heater blower does not run what fuse is connected to it?

Could be the resistor that controls fan speed could be rusty from moisture and or has failed. under the dash on the passenger side. put your head underneath, look for two screws just left of fan motor housing. closer to center of car from fan.Take screws out take a look. should be visible if rusted out.
