2003 vw jetta gli vr6 24 valve 6 speed

Got a 2003 vw jetta gli 24 valve 6 speed. Fuse box
melted on the battery. Got a new 1 put everything
on now I have no power to the windows or the
radio. My dash cluster rpm is not working oil light
is on abs light is on coolant light is on nothing all
fuses are good. Can't figure it out to save my life
help if you can

Tackometer can malfunction if heated seat switches, flasher switch, and or rear defrost buttons are plugged in into wrong place. They are below radio.
