Flashing security light on 2002 firebird wont go out

Yes ive tried the turn it forward until the light stops
flash but it will not stop flashing no matter how
long its switched forward and yes already had a
new key made by the Chevrolet place and it did
crank about 5 times and then back to flashing and
wont start , anyone care to reply ?

It might be your Vats security system, might have to get it reprogrammed or the chip in your key other than that check your fuses and relays they could be burned out?
