My 2004 Montana collects water/liquid under the drivers side carpet even if it doesn't rain. What could be the problem?

Is the A/C on maybe your A/C drain is backing up into the van, check the floor board on the passenger side too

I have a 2002 Pontiac Montana and the blower motor works on all speeds except high. Is most probable problem the blower motor resistor?
