Changed starter and wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Won't start, changed starter, still won't start. I did
change the relay and fuse also! Everything comes
on but will not start. Did test battery, and starter,
both are fine

Try putting vehicle in neutral to see if it will start if it starts bad neutral safety switch but if still no start ignition switch.
