Question type: Maintenance & Repair

They will go all the way back up, this started a couple of days ago and sometimes it will
not do it at all and other times it might do it 5 times in 15 minutes.  I have no clue what to
do?

That sounds like you have an intermittent connection possibly at the panel 's plug in or you are loosing the cluster ground, either way the cluster will have to come out to gain access to the harness and grounds. I have seen an ignition switch do the same thing but usually on high mileage rigs.

What is the cluster ground and where is it located , is it something I can fix or do I have to take it to a dealer to have it done? Is it expensive?
