How to convert a two wheel drive ford ranger 96 with a six inch bds lift into a four wheel drive?

You'll need to find a similar donor truck with a 4X4 drivetrain to swap over, then add the lift kit. You might need a custom length driveshaft since your changing angles. Search online for more info on what all parts you need and how to go about doing it. Have someone else to do it is always easier of course.
