I need to replace the flasher relay but
can't find it. Help?

You mean the flasher unit ? it may be under the dash by the steering wheel , a little black box , your experience may differ

It’s up behind the dash cluster on the left side. Disconnect the ground on the battery and remove the left section that has the headlight switch. Carefully pull the panel out and you will find a two connector switch. When replaced, fish the flasher down near the parking brake release so its accessible in the future. Just solved this last week.
