1995 Ford E-150 has no fire

I have a 1995 Ford E-150 van that has no fire. I have read codes, nothing. I have replaced distributor, coil, and wires. Using a spark tester, I have no fire from coil to anything. If I check signal to coil, it looks to be there, but when I test the spark at the coil, nothing. Do these have an external ICM or is it built into the distributor? It is not mounted outside on the distributor and it has the round plug. Any ideas?

check the module on the fender well on battery side .next crank angle sensor next a weak fuel pressure can course the pcm to shut down current to the engine electrical components !the way it works on crank start up if engine rpm wont increase the pcm shut every thing down this happens also with contaminated fuel in the tank like diesel or water ! think of it like base ball ! throw ,bat ,catch if bat is missing catch wont happen
