confirm which Dot do you use on a T bird 63 transmission - white or green -

please confirm if I should drive in the White Dot (start out in second gear) or the
Green Dot (first, second and third).

Do you want slow and easy acceleration or quick acceleration? Use what ever you want but I would use the green dot.
