1996 ford explorer v-8

Replaced water pump, put on new
ignition controll modual. Car will turn
over but not crank

Turn Over = Crank. Recheck your work on the ICM and make certain everything got reconnected properly.

Thank you, we actually did that, and we turned it over & still wont start, it didnt even crank.this time. Just clicked and that was that K
