91 300zx break lights don't work yet all my lights come on

My 91 300zx2+2 na al my lights work turn signals
head llotja tail lights but when I go to hit the breaks
there not coming on I have replaced the break light
relay in the back as well as under the break pedal
still nothing all fuses are good as well as bulbs I'm
starting to pull my hair out lol went under the hood
and there seems to be no power getting to 3 of the
fuses any ideas on how to get it fixed

you need a tester to find if power is getting to these different spots , start at the bulbs and sockets and trace it from there , sockets may be worn in a vehicle that old
