Idling bad hard to start will not stay running
we replaced fuel filter fuel pump n spark
plugs continues

Amy,my best guess would be check your wires first to make sure they all are good,if all the wires are sparking at the plug,you may have a bent valve,or the truck has jumped timming,

I appreciate you help! So I guess my question is bc I think it has jumped time! The truck old it's a 93 how expensive is it gunna cost me, is it worth it and could it be done byself if told how!

You are right about the age of truck,it will cost around 1200 to 1500 for mechanic to do the work,but a new head and gasket cost around 500,it can be done by you with a little no how,but if you are not confident about doing it,you may want to seek a mechanic,or find you another used little pick up to replace it being of age there could be other issue,s with it.Hope this help,s Amy,and if you need to know more just ask.
