My info shows that your truck has just one filter, an inline filter. It would be on the fuel line between the tank and the fuel injector rail. Most likely it's on the frame rail near the tank. And like most fuel injected vehicles, this one has an in the tank fuel pump and they have a screen ("filter") on the inlet that's not serviceable.
