do you buy out leases?

A lease is not ownership; it's a rental; you don't even have a title to the vehicle. No ordinary buyer can do this. But there are companies that do work with leasing companies to take your vehicle; just google them..... I can tell you that today, with the limited supply of vehicles for sale, leasing companies refuse to allow this to be done; they demand that the lessee either turn in the vehicle or buy it at residual; they the make the recent escalated profit from future sales..... I'd advise you to buy the leased vehicle and after you get the title, then sell the vehicle; you'll make several thousand more that way.
