2020 Ford Escape Titanium road noise even at low speeds

Why does my Escape have load road noise even at low speeds?
Can feel it in the steering wheel. Only 9,150 Kilometers

My first thought is a tire problem. You can talk to the Dealer service department. When they tell you it's "normal" ask to drive a similar vehicle to be sure. They probably have a 2020 model on the lot for you to compare your vehicle to. Hope that helps! Jim
