White spots

I noticed my car has white spots. What can I do or use to
take then off?

Is that on the paint? Hard to tell from pics, it's a little too close up. If that's on the paint, try rubbing compound to buff it out, or let a detail shop do it. If that is the clear coat failing, it'll have to wet-sanded down and then re-shot with clear.
