Runability issue

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Engine lacks power after 15-20 minutes of
operating temp. Like higher than 3500 rpm's bogs
at WOT. If I reset the key while driving, its fine for
another 15-20 min of driving. No check eng light
on. I've tested all coils ( replaced one), new
wires/plugs, coolant temp sensors, MAF sensor,
intake gaskets (sprayed intake for vac leaks), new
fuel filter,  cleaned all grounds and ran my own
ground harness to every damn thing I could (
intake, alternator, body, block, trans, battery) car is
a 5 speed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

May be computer related, run a scanner while driving and see if it catches any codes on the fly (aka logger), 95/96 was transition between OBD1 and OBD2, you'd need one that can read OBD1. Is this a turbo or not?

Dohc non turbo. I actually work at a Mitsubishi truck dealership and heard that it runs off MUT 2. I tried ours for the data logging purpose but it won't connect ( they try hard to make sure things are different between fuso and mitsu car) it also is the single o2 sensor setup and I have replaced that too if that helps. But long story short I don't have much access to anything to log data for that. Any cheap known products?

Check EGR valve, it should close at WOT, if not it can bog an engine.

Idk..I never had to experience that issue before....yet. But it sounds like perhaps a relay ..like I Wana say fuel ?? If it lacks power ...that's gas and if your are having to turn off and on the ignition switch it maybe resetting and running then shuts off...cutting off the fuel pump supply power? If it's my guess I would check anything that has to do with that system

And I do know for a fact 95 doesn't have a OBD sacn tool for this year model..you have to get the trilingual OBD I&II WHICH is expensive af

Ended up being the fuel pump. Thanks for all the help guys!

Also just wondering have you smelled gas near the battery while driving during the day? I have this issue with my 95 and same with 91 too. No leaks anywhere but a loud smell of gas fumes where the fuel filter is and it is a concern ...if I smell gas and no leaks...what's the deal? Could it be the fuel pressure regulator or the cainster filter
