does seafoam work or should I do an engine flush?

you need to change that nasty assed oil !!!!! are you trolling ????? if not yes like I said change that oil already like 7k miles ago !!!

what kind of oil what do you think about seafoam

well I wouldn't think you need to seafoam it for the ticking as its ticking because of the delayed oil change far as the oil weight just sue whats recommended 5W-30 full synthetic is what ive found to be recommended, why did you wait so long to change your oil already? get it changed already fore you end up with bad rings and spun bearings
