Hand brake

Question type: General

Just wondering how a proper hand brake
should feel when u pull it and knowing how it
should feel from how tight it should be. Or just
in general how you know it's all good.

Because I tested out my hand brake to get a
feel for what it's like to use it and stuff . But I
wasn't sure how it should really feel or what to
or I should expect.  Besides slowing down
obviously haha.

Park the car on a hill and test the parking brake. If it holds the car on a steep slope with the trans in neutral then it is good.
