The Belt is around $30.00 and tensioner about $40.00 and it should be about 6 hours of labor, which can be between $50.00 and $125.00 and hour.

If you're going to DIY, don't forget a new gasket for the water pump. Places also sell Timing Belt Component kits with or without water pumps for a good price. Rockauto.com has kits for your vehicle with water pump for less than $80 plus shipping.
