I have a 99 Mercury Cougar 2.5L manual that will not start. All power is working properly. I replaced the clutch switch and still the car will not turn over.

There is a few things you have to check when a vehicle will not start. First is the spark plugs getting spark is it getting fuel to throttle body do you have good connection to the battery
