sounds like a bad heater fan switch. also, check your fuses

In f150s and explorers of this year, the windshield leaks and it corrodes the fuse box or EKG or EGM or whatever is around there. Big problem after hurricanes, it'll keep the heater fan on even when the car is off, things like that.
