Have 2001 Sable,Left headlight is dim changed bulb still dim,switched light assy with right but still dim when pluged in to left side of car.what is going herh?

Trace the ground wire back to were it is connected, and clean or repair. Also look at any plugins to the light to make sure not corroded.

Agree with Rowefast check for bad ground connection.
