No power, struggles to make it to 55mph when shifting and running real rough,recently
just overheated do to a leak in the radiator, Iv stopped the leak temporary and car is barely
making it from to 60mpg.

have you checked your oil to see if it looks hazey or milky?

plugs may have fouled for some reason, any water dripping from tailpipe?

Im thinking possible blown head gasket, just because of the overheat and rough running.

It's likely a head gasket. If you keep pushing it, the engine will fail entirely.
