ABS not working

Recently purchased a 2003 Buick Century. ABS is not working, there are no
dash warning lights on. When pushed hard brakes just lock up.

Have the system scanned to find the actual problem ., a common OBD may be able to read abs codes . Those things are not cheap new , I don't think they fail too often either so have it checked before you drop some $$
