Can I swap my 2018 Volkswagen Jetta 1.4t s
for a manual and if so what do I need.

the transaxle itself, pedal assembly, shifter, clutch, some computer programming and maybe some other bits. Is your auto DOA? It's a lot of labor and will cost $5K or more. Your better off, finding a manual vehicle and selling yours. Check with some transmission shops and or mechanics to see what they say.
