Bought my 2018 outback touring in January 2018, my monitor died in November 2018. After two weeks, they replaced it with a new monitor. First week of December, my windshield got a tiny crack on the left side that keeps growing. It’s now up to 3/4 of the windshield going towards the right side. January 2019, my CarPlay doesn’t work. My car now since yesterday March 25 is at the Puente hills fixing the CarPlay problem. They said they need to replace the USB. Another problem they don’t know how to fix and they have to do a research. My back trunk doesn’t open when the engine is on. The button in the front doesn’t work and if I press the button on the lift doesn’t work. I have to turn off the engine so I can open the back trunk door. How inconvenient!!! I want to join a lawsuit class so Subaru can compensate us the trouble and inconvenience of taking care of their problems. Service department is horrible. Called many times to follow up on my car. No one was answering. I need my car for work.
