changed the sensor still cooling fan still is on all the time that the engine is running

If the fan stays on constantly the relay is probably stuck in the on position, Does it come on when you start the car cold? if so replace the fan relay.

Normally the fans are off when the engine is cold unless the A/C is selected or if someone has wired them direct so they turn on when the ignition is engaged. If this is not the case then you will have to check the coolant fans circuit. Start with the switch and go from there.
