auto stop can it be diconnected

i have auto stop, to be blunt  it is garabage, any way to disconnect it

Buy an override unit,plugs in and gives engine false temporary "hood open" error, which did cables the auto stop. One out there from "Range", may be others search the net.

You might also be able to convice the dealer or garage to Disable it via programming.
