03 kia spectra ran out of
fuel,now it'll turn over but
not start

There is no switch,you have trash in your fuel filter,or fuel pump,change the fuel filter first if not that then your fuel pump is bad from trash.

Are you saying it won't start after you put gas in it? If so, it's a common problem with Kia. Three reasons given to me, but the most common is that the charcoal canister vent control valve needs replacing. The other two are: purge valve needs replacing, or the fuel filler neck is messed up.
