car will not blow air or heat. is that just a blower motor or more?

can you hear the fan trying to blow ? no ? fuse or switch or blower motor. yes ? air door malfunction.

My 2002 Ford Taurus ac was blowing full blast just stopped ac line is cold what could itbe?
