I have a 95 jeep Cherokee sport with a 4.0 its got well had new exhaust and now the cat is glowing cherry red and it blew a hole in the muffler after three weeks...wha would cause this

Sounds like a clogged catalytic converter

I have a 95 sport also, I took the front grill and lights out to fix the hood and thermostat, put it back together and now my front lights don't work. Any clue? All fuses are good
