Jeep not turning over

I need help figuring out why my jeep cranks but
won't turn over. I have replaced the crank shaft and
cam shaft sensors. My ecm is new. My ASD is
working. Everything is working like it should except  
I'm not getting fire from the ignition coil.

try and take off the distributor cap, and grab hold of the rotor and see if you can spin the rotor. If you can then the pin sheared off of the distributor shaft gear. Do not force the rotation. It would be just a matter of pulling the distributor, and replacing the roll pin threw the gear on the shaft. Re-timing then would be necessary.
