Replaced battery and alternator and 99 explorer want start

Replaced battery and alternator and truck won't
start.tbe starter is fine.on battery gauge is showing
low charge.....so my question is what to check now

If it will not jump start or fire at all ask yourself if the fuel filter has been changed in 17 years. You can also check for fuel pressure at the rail. A gauge will cost 20 bucks at an auto store. If fuel pressure is ok you can move on to injectors, coil, plug wires, plugs, and so forth.
