Cooling fans turns on while the start of vehicle

When I start my vehicle the cooling
fans starts along and when I turn off
the vehicle it takes around 4and half
mins to stop it what is the issue

They will come on when u start it if AC is on, will delay in stopping til engine is cooled down, it normal unless the AC is not on when u start it.
