How do i find out what options are on my 2017 Yukon xl

I purchased this 2017 Yukon Xl used from a dealer ship in Ohio. I would like to
know what equipment it has on it. It appears to really loaded. One problem is
the door sticker says my tires are 18 inch but they are 22 inch with factory
wheels. I would like to know the towing capacity of this vehicle.

For the towing capacity you would need the vin# to look it up. Not sure about the options info. Did the dealer not provide you with that information in the ad????
