my new 2017 jeep battery went dead new battery wont start does computer need to be reset

Just take it back to the dealer, let them worry about it. Warranty right?

Our battery died on the leased 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, then when replaced to the tune of $500 for both batteries the computers when bananas. Finally had to have it towed to dealer, another 300 to find after 2 weeks that the batteries they sold us were bad and now the alternator was fried. After $1500, since it was 200 miles past the extended warranty and two weeks later we got it back. Start it every day or beware!
