Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Is Honda CRV or Subaru Forester is eaiser to maintain and which car is safer?
I have Honda Odyssey and loves it. Never own Subaru cars and don't know
anything about it as far as maintenance cost.

This should help, I might add that these are two VERY different cars. I had two Honda's, each of them were great, but, Honda like other car manufacturers including Subaru went through a "funk period" from 1999 to 2008 and were terrible... And, there's something special about the "boxer engine", has more LOW end torque...you really should drive both... I have an Outback...it is more car like than the Forrester... between the two, the Subaru's are "safer cars" in an accident, if this is IMPORTANT to you.. good luck. http://www.truedelta.com/Subaru-Forester-vs-Honda-CR-V- reliability-comparison,251-110

Couple other things, DO NOT get the manual transmission in the Forrester...not that good... Actually, you will want to look and drive the Subaru Outback.,.. the legroom and comfort of the Outback is so much more for not that much increase in price, you're going to like that e even probably more than the CR-V....my 2010 Limited with the leather seats and other accessories is very comfy inside..... let me know what you think.....
