What happens when both signed the AutoPay/Gurus Contract and buyer bails?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Both parties signed off on the AutoPay/Gurus Contract and then my buyer could not get funds transferred because AutoPay did NOT want to work with his bank/his bank did not want to work with AutoPay.  (Seems AutoPay doesn't care much about what happens if the Buyer does NOT get FINANCING through THEM!!  That part is really STINKY Mr Guru! )
     One would expect someone to follow through on the Contract (if it was even legal) or at least have a penalty.  
      While I was polishing the car in my driveway I had 3 neighbors walk by (every body's doing it) and through our masks we discussed their interest in buying my car.  So, what would my damages be?  And WHO enforces the contract?

First 2 sentences generally answered part of my questions -- too bad Edxxx didn't find a need to answer all the questions. It definitely was not complete. And I will carry this info forward to a national consumer advocate so that the word can get out on the radio about what I call "stinky business practices". Would help if you perhaps made it very clear about the "Letter of Intent" -- not that difficult to call it what it is. Rasberrries
