Dealer Rating: (9 reviews) "I would not recommend going to this dealer my husband called and talk to the sales manager Steve to let him know that we would be coming that night at 7 o'clock p.m. to look at the car we were coming from two hours away. Steve had said he would have the car inside for us to look at , we arrived at 7:03 p.m. and were greeted by a saleswoman named Alicia, she let us know that she was just about to call us because somebody was in looking at the car and test driving it, we were very upset and confused as we had told them we would be there at 7 and had just driven 2 hours to look at the vehicle, she explained to us that they do not hold vehicles without a contract and we told her we were never told that. After waiting for about 10 minutes we realized that the couple was going to buy the car. We felt that this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate , we understand that some people do not show but they could have called us to ask us if we were on our way. Our first indication that this probably wasn't going to be our best experience was when my husband was on the phone with the sales manager Steve he asked what the bottom dollar was on the car and Steve gave him $100 off and my husband asked if he could do better Steve responded with ' I will take another $100 off if it makes you feel like you're getting a better deal", we don't feel that that's the way to talk to a potential buyer. We will never consider buying a vehicle from them again and I wouldn't recommend anybody to even go to them. "
