i am trying to find out how to change a fuel injector on the number 1 piston on a 3.0 overhead valve engine.2000 ford taurus ses

Suggest getting a Haynes manual which will give you step-by-step procedures for doing what you seek. Email me and I may be able to provide you with one I have from a Taurus my in-laws got rid of.
