AC/heat still comes through floor vents- no matter what setting selected.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No matter which setting I have my AC/Heat on, I can still feel the air coming to
the floor vents. I make sure the option is on the face vents only- STILL feel the
air on my feet. It is driving me crazy... any ideas?

Thank you! I just picked it up yesterday form the dealership, who's answer was "there is nothing we can do about it" So I am hoping this will help. They did replace the motor on the front ac under the dash on the passenger side... wonder how they missed that?
