Dies after warm up?

I have a 93 Chevy Silverado K1500. She's a beast. But, lately she was running rough and dying after warming up. We replaced the dist cap and used some sea-foam, unblocked the Airflow valve and it runs so smooth now, but still dies after warm up. After it dies, you have to wait a few hours to restart or it refuses.Any ideas?

Also, on the emblem behind the extended cab, it says Silverado, but everything else points to Cheyenne... ? I'm confused?
