I have this 2001 i30 that have a rusty crank shifts bolt on it and I can't change my timing chain its a car from Kentucky and I'm in Louisiana

You can heat the heads of the bolts, you could try soaking them in a penetrating oil or cut them out and retap...

i would try wd40 and a little heat don't over heat anything but heat it up a little the smack it with a hammer and punch more wd and heat . try not to burn any thing up also you would have to replace the seals after that
